This young winery founded by Miquel Sánchez and Bertrand Sourdais as an oenologist with biodynamic principles is  a discovery.

WOW, what a colour. Notes of plum, flowers and a touch cassis.This wine has personality with flavors of blackberry,  espresso, tar  and nougat.  He goes for finesse rather than sheer power.  Remarkable elegance and fine balance.

Finally, I am quite curious to taste the other wines like "La Mala", "Valdegatiles" and "Llanos Almendro". A new promising star on the spanish winesky!
